Questions owners ask

Do I have to work with each app or creator? No. You set your terms once on Raiten. Every AI agent, app and creator that recommends you through Raiten follows them.
What if a guest would have come anyway? Pay only for new guests and only in the hours you pick. You also see what each channel really brings, and can stop any of them.
How do you know the visit really happened? The guest saves you first. Their receipt must match your restaurant, come after the save, and be paid with the card they registered with us.
Can someone use a receipt they found? The card on the receipt has to be the guest’s own, and each guest is rewarded once per restaurant. Anything that looks off is held and never billed.
Do my staff have to do anything? No. Guests and creators pay as usual and send us the receipt. Nothing changes at the counter.
Will you pay creators for good reviews? No. Creators are paid for posting and for the guests they bring, never for what they say. Every post discloses the partnership.
Is there a contract? No minimum term. Pause or leave in one click; unused balance is refunded.
