Privacy Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
Raiten (raiten.cc) is run by Oakwood Standard, LLC (“we”). This policy covers the raiten.cc website: what we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and how to have it deleted. Raiten does not yet offer accounts; when it does, this policy will be updated before they open.
What we collect
When you apply at raiten.cc/apply, we receive what you type into the form:
- Everyone: your name, your email address, whether you are applying as a restaurant, a creator or a developer, and anything you add in “Anything we should know”.
- Restaurants: the restaurant’s name and address or map link, your phone number if you give it, your role, the number of locations and the point-of-sale system you use.
- Creators: the account you post from, the city you cover and where you post most.
- Developers: your company or product, its link if you give it, and what you are building.
When you email us, we receive your email and whatever it contains.
When you visit, our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use your IP address for one more thing: to count how many applications are sent from it in a minute, so the form can’t be used to flood anyone with email. That count is not stored with your application and is gone within minutes. We don’t keep visit logs.
raiten.cc sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
How we use it
- To review your application, reply to you, and set up working together if we both want to.
- To answer your emails.
- To keep the site and the form safe from abuse.
When you apply, we send one email confirming we received it. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t send marketing email.
Who helps us handle it
We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We use these service providers, who handle it for us and only to provide their service:
- Cloudflare hosts raiten.cc and runs the code that receives the form.
- Resend delivers two emails when you apply: your application to our inbox, and the confirmation to you.
- Google Workspace is our email. Your application and our conversation with you are kept there.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep applications and emails while we are reviewing them or working with you. If we don’t end up working together, we delete the application within 12 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
Write to support@raiten.cc to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have further rights under local law; we honour them when you ask, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.
Children
raiten.cc is for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Where it is handled
We and our service providers handle information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top. If a change affects information we already have in a meaningful way, we will tell the people affected by email.
